My name is Kate, I am a yoga teacher and massage therapist with over 10 years experience in taking care of bodies. I specialise in teaching bodies how to move fluidly & efficiently by working with spinal movements. I teach traditional yoga postures with a unique modern approach that helps you to build strength and increase mobility by connecting to your core & activating your nervous system for maximum effect. Whether you are a complete beginner or already have an advanced practice I can help you to reach your goals, whether that is creating more stillness & meditation in your practice or overcoming injuries and physical limitations.
