I do believe that the more awareness we bring into our lives, the more we recognize our thought, emotion, and behavioral patterns – which ones are serving us and which ones are not. Therefore, with the combination of different exercises, I help you become more self-aware, manage your time, space and energy, and create better and healthier habits, so you can, day by day, become the person you desire and achieve your goals.
I use Cognitive Behavior therapy, Mindfulness, and Neuro-Linguistic programming for my guidance, depending on the client’s needs and comfort.
