Hey there! I am Julia. Learn to Rest and Restore with me! A 60-minute session to melt into some longer held postures, connecting with your breath and letting go.
I’ve spent a lot of my life travelling the world and exploring cultures. Along the way, I’ve studied and taught different yoga, mindfulness and healing techniques, while enjoying the adventure that is life. I currently live in Bali, where I am soaking up the incredible healing powers of the island. Here I am exposed to many great teachers, who challenge and inspire me to strive always in my own practice; continually growing into the best version of me I can be. I truly believe in surrendering to the flow of life and creating the life that you want to live. I am very passionate about living a healthy, considered, heart-centred and mindful life. And wearing shoes as little as possible! For me, yoga is a way of life, rooted in love and compassion. It is a system of practices that weaves magic through your own life and into the lives of those around you. It’s an inclusive practice that enables a deeper connection to ourselves, to others, and to the world around us. It helps us to find balance and union of our body, mind and spirit. To find stillness within and to come home to ourselves. You also get to build strength, flexibility and fitness! You can start yoga at any time, any age, with anybody. Yoga changed my life and from my first class over 11 years ago, I knew that I wanted to be a teacher and to share this incredible practice. For six years, I’ve been guiding students around the world, through my own unique style of practice. A coalescence of loving-kindness and physical exertion that is both uplifting and challenging. Flowing the body with the breath, dancing into asanas, before finding strength, softness and stillness.
